Learn how to customize the widget's appearance and position.
Customize how the widget looks and behaves from your project settings.
Settings
- Widget color — the primary color used for the trigger button, headers, user message bubbles, and CTAs
- Widget position — choose which corner of the screen the trigger appears in
- Widget icon — select a bell icon style
- Offset — adjust the position with custom top/bottom pixel offsets
- Hide branding — remove "Powered by UserSignal" (Unlimited plan)
Changes take effect immediately — no need to update your script tag.
