Who sees a tour, and how often
Choose the segments a tour is shown to, the page it starts on, and how many times it starts by itself.
These settings are in the tour's editor, under Who sees it. They apply as soon as you save them; only steps wait for Publish.

Shown to
Pick one or more segments. A person sees the tour if they are in any of them. With no segment, everyone does.
Starts on the page whose address contains
For example /dashboard. Use * for anything, such as /projects/*/settings. Leave it empty to start on any page. A tour that is under way carries on across pages whatever this says.
How often
- Once per person: starts by itself until they finish it or close it. If they leave halfway, it comes back next time.
- A set number of times: up to the number you choose.
- Every time they are on its page.
- Only when started from a checklist or a link: never starts by itself.
The two repeating choices can also stop once they've completed it, and wait a number of days before showing it again.
A tour that won't start by itself any more can still be started from a link or a checklist.
Only for people who sign up from now on
To show a welcome tour to new users only, and never to the ones you already have, create a segment with First seen after today's date, or in the last … days, and choose it under Shown to.
